After the hail and rainstorms, we found damage to our roof, gutters, and window trim. Welter Construction came to check it out. They gave us an estimate and talked with our insurance company. Then they went to work. We are very pleased with the results! All of the workers were very kind and respectful. They cleaned up after they had finished the job. We will definitely call them for other projects we have.

We hired Welter Construction Company to replace the roof on our house. It turned out to not be a usual roof replacement. The house is approximately 70 years old. What we thought was probably one layer of old roofing turned into five layers. And then there was the wood portion of the roof itself. It was board slats. The spacing between the boards was more than current zoning laws would allow. So, it required a covering of wood sheeting. Throughout the process, Welter Construction was fair and very helpful in completing our new roof. They worked with us to satisfy all the problems along the way. The reroofing and cleanup were done quickly.

We would recommend Welter Construction Company to our family and friends.

Jay kept all of his appointments with me, helped with the insurance claim, and followed through with his promises. To Whom It May Concern,

As president of the Bishop Square Townhome association, I have worked with Roger Welter of Welter Construction for the last month.

Our 48 unit townhome neighborhood sustained major damage during the May 2016 hailstorm in Lincoln Nebraska. Our Board of Directors chose 5 companies to interview for restoration, based upon recommendations we received. Roger Welter came to our interview prepared and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He promised multiple crews, quick work, was selected and has so far delivered.

Welter Construction has completed the reroofing of all units and new gutters are almost completely installed.

Roger Welter was able to get more insurance coverage for the complex and obtain funds for things not previously covered or discovered by insurance adjusters for the storm damage. This is only one of his strengths.

I have been most impressed with the way that Roger has been able to work with our residents and has usually been available at any time to answer questions or assess their needs. Residents of our community are accustomed to getting quick results and Roger has generally been able to make them satisfied.

Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Welter Construction.
